Wedding Show Voucher – Terms & Conditions

When you purchase one of our Wedding Show Special Offers, you are purchasing a voucher for the full standard retail value of your chosen sign while paying the discounted Wedding Show price.

For example, if your chosen sign normally costs £100 and the Wedding Show price is £80, you will pay £80 and receive a voucher worth £100 to redeem against that sign on our website.

Purchasing Your Voucher

Your Wedding Show voucher must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
Once payment has been received, you will be issued with a unique voucher code.
Your voucher will be for the full standard retail value of the sign included in your Wedding Show offer, rather than the discounted amount you paid.
The Wedding Show discount is only available when purchasing the voucher as part of the applicable Wedding Show offer.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that wedding plans can change. If you decide to cancel your Wedding Show voucher, the following refund scale will apply, provided personalised design work or manufacturing has not already progressed beyond the stages shown below:

Within 28 days of purchase: 100% refund
29 days to 3 months after purchase: 75% refund
3 to 6 months after purchase: 50% refund
6 to 12 months after purchase: 25% refund

All refunds are calculated against the amount originally paid for the voucher, not the higher voucher redemption value.

For example, if you paid £80 for a voucher worth £100 and were entitled to a 50% refund, you would receive £40.

Once we have created a personalised black-and-white, digital or 3D proof for your order, the maximum refund available will be 25% of the amount originally paid, regardless of how recently the voucher was purchased.

Once manufacturing of your personalised order has begun, no refund can be issued.

If additional bespoke design work, upgrades or services have already been carried out or purchased specifically for your order, these costs may also be non-refundable.

Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Redeeming Your Voucher

Your unique voucher code must be redeemed through our website at www.thefourhandsworkshop.co.uk.
It is the customer's responsibility to place their final order through our website using the voucher code provided.
The voucher is intended for the sign or product selected as part of your Wedding Show offer.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for its face value in cash.
Wedding Show vouchers cannot normally be used alongside another discount code, promotion or offer unless otherwise stated.

Voucher Validity

Your Wedding Show voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Providing your order is placed within the 12-month validity period, we will honour the value of your voucher even if the standard price of your chosen sign increases during that period.
If your voucher is approaching its expiry date and you are not yet ready to place your order, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss extending it.
Extensions are offered at the discretion of The Four Hands Workshop.

Upgrades, Extras & Bespoke Requests

Your voucher covers the product and specification included within the Wedding Show offer you purchased.
Additional charges may apply if you request upgrades, larger sizes, custom colours, bespoke designs or additional features that were not included in the original offer.
We will always make you aware of any additional charges before carrying out the additional work.
Any additional balance must be paid before manufacturing begins.

Design Proofs

Where applicable, we will provide a digital, black-and-white or 3D proof of your personalised design.
Please carefully check all names, dates, spelling, wording, colours and other personalised information before approving your proof.
Once you have approved your design, manufacturing may begin.
Changes requested after a design has been approved may incur an additional charge.

Placing Your Final Order

Purchasing your Wedding Show voucher does not automatically place your personalised sign into production.
You must visit our website, select the relevant product and complete your order using your unique voucher code.
You will be asked to provide the personalisation information required for us to create your sign.
Please allow sufficient time before your wedding when redeeming your voucher.
If your wedding is within 30 days, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm that we can manufacture and deliver your sign in time.

General

Wedding Show vouchers are issued by The Four Hands Workshop.
Please keep your voucher code safe and contact us if you believe it has been lost or compromised.
We reserve the right to cancel a voucher that we reasonably believe has been duplicated, altered, obtained fraudulently or used contrary to these terms.
These Wedding Show Voucher Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our general website Terms & Conditions.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
