Production and Delivery

We’re a family-run business with a small workshop, and we make everything to order.

Standard products

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to make your order, followed by 2–3 working days for delivery once it has been dispatched.

Personalised wedding products

Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to make your personalised wedding products. This 3-week period starts only when we have received your payment and all the names, dates, wording and other details we need from you. If your order requires a design proof, it starts once you have approved the proof too.

Delivery is additional to the 3-week production time, so please allow another 2–3 working days after dispatch. If you’re ordering for a particular date, we recommend ordering well in advance.

Updates and delivery

We’ll do our best to keep you updated by email as your order progresses. Once the courier has collected your parcel, we’ll send tracking information to the email address used to place your order.

Our couriers often deliver the next working day, but we ask you to allow 2–3 working days in case of delays in transit. Weather, traffic and other issues can occasionally affect delivery after a parcel has left our workshop.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll let you know whether we can meet your date. We can’t always guarantee a faster turnaround, but we’ll do our best.
