Every order is handcrafted with care and attention to detail to ensure a beautiful, high-quality finish. Once payment has been received, we will contact you via email to confirm your personalisation details, including the names, roles and preferred vinyl colour. Please ensure that all names and wording are spelt correctly, as they will be copied exactly as provided.

Due to the handmade nature of our products and variations in screen settings, slight differences in colour and finish may occur, making each flute truly one of a kind.
Our hand stained, engraved wall art is made from high quality either birch plywood or solid pine.
Every board features a painted front and a horizontal key hole on the back for easy hanging. It depends a little on the colour and finish you choose, but the grain of the wood is usually visible through the coloured stain.
Please note that every product is hand finished and due to natural variations in the wood and the paint we use, the exact finish is unique and may differ slightly from the photo shown. Take a look at our 'Every Product Is Unique' page here to see what we mean.

We are also able to source any colour you'd like from the Thorndown's full range of colours for an additional £10 per order, or choose from any RAL colour for an £35 per order, with over 1,000 to choose from. Simply select your preference when ordering!
Please note we make these customs colours up as a stain rather than a paint, and as such they usually appear a shade or two lighter than colours on the Thorndown or RAL website, please be aware that individual products may have a slight variation in shade and colour depth to the colour displayed on screen on these websites.

We're a family run business with a small workshop and we make everything to order, so please allow us 5 working days to make and dispatch your order and 7-10 working days for delivery.
If you need your order in a hurry, please contact us before placing your order and we'll get back to you ASAP to let you know if we can get it to you faster than the timescales above. We're unable to guarantee this will always be possible but we'll always do our best.
We'll aim to give you plenty of updates by email as to the status of your order - when we've started making it and when the couriers have collected it and it’s on it’s way to you. Once it’s with the couriers we'll send you tracking information via the email address used to place your order.
Our couriers normally deliver the next working day, but on the odd occasion delays happen when in transport and it may take an extra day due to bad traffic, weather conditions etc... You should get an update from the courier if this is the case.
We'll always do our best to reduce production and delivery times and to get your products to you as soon as possible.
